Valley First New York New Years 2026

Valley First New York New Years is our annual family-friendly celebration to ring in Kelowna’s New Year and one of the only all-ages events in Kelowna on New Year’s Eve.

2026 will be the 13th year for this one-night celebration held in Stuart Park. Free to attend, activities and live entertainment can be enjoyed by all ages and musical tastes.

Valley First New York New Year’s is a fantastically fun time for all ages:

We are delighted to welcome back families of all ages to join us in celebrating an “early” New Year!  Come enjoy:

• High-energy, live musical performances
• “Kiwanis Snow Zone” activity stations with games, dancing, and snow crafts 
• Glow sticks, games, and giveaways thanks to our generous sponsors and partners
• Food trucks with mitten-friendly items 
• Ringing in an early New Year with a spectacular fireworks show at 9 PM
